There is no charge for a library card if you live in Lake County. For non-resident fee details, please contact the Library at (352) 735-7180.

2. Do we need proof of residency for a library card?

Yes. Proof of residency can be a driver’s license, a utility bill, a paycheck stub, etc. An actual street address must be available, not a P.O. Box.
