    Have you ever wondered what the inside of a REAL haunted house looks like? Take a journey iwth Paranormalist Curt Strutz through some of the nation's most haunted buildings. We will "explore" old hospitals, schools, asylums, and more - all done through an interactive and very unique journey, covering history, photography, and stories of the ghosts (not really a "ghost hunting" or spiritual/psychic type program).   3. Citizenship Class

    Would you like free help in preparing for citizenship? Please join our Citizenship Class for friendly help and advice. Class students will work with our volunteer instructor to prepare for the Citizenship process. Students will go through the application form to prepare for the verbal interview and written test. This includes speaking, reading, and writing in English and learning Civics (History and Government). Enrolled students receive free preparation materials. This is a five-week series class, taught by an instructor who became a U.S. citizen in 2005. Please register at the Circulation Desk to confirm your participation (no paperwork required).

Workshop uses techniques found in the book The Best Meditations on the Planet, by Martin Hart. Explore breathing techniques and meditation in our guided group setting. The benefits of meditation can be relaxation, health improvement, stress reduction, improve the immune system, improve intuition and enhanced awareness.
