The  City  is  seeking  proposals  from  experienced,  well  qualified  and  licensed  firms  for emergency Disaster Debris Monitoring Services for the provision of services in accordance with the Scope of Services described herein.

Properly  licensed  and  well  qualified  professionals  to  provide  disaster  debris  loading  site monitors, temporary debris storage and reductions site (TDSRS) monitors, disposal site monitors, roving debris monitors,  field  supervisor(s)  and  project  manager  for  disaster  events.
