Our mission is to provide "the sole and exclusive administration and responsibilities of the pension trust fund" to include the accountability for all monies of the funds, making investments, and determining eligibility for and payment of benefits. The group was created by Article IV, Section 15-1/2-56 of the City Code.

Membership Criteria

The five-member board comprises the city manager, three elected contributing plan members, and one public member elected by the remaining trustees
