Functions
Upon request of the Code Compliance Officer, or at such other times as may be necessary, the special magistrate may convene a hearing on one or more pending Code Compliance cases.
The magistrate hearings were created according to Subpart 2 of Part VII of Chapter 2 of the City of Mount Dora Code of Ordinances.
