Certificate of Appropriateness

A Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) is required for any proposed exterior alterations or renovations to any buildings (residential or non-residential) more than 50 years old that lies within the defined historic district.

Certificate of Appropriateness applications must be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation Board.

Applications are due approximately three (3) weeks before the board meeting.
