July 16, 2021 - City Clerk's Office email to transmit City Approved Petition form
July 19, 2021 - City Clerk's Office receives 2nd Letter of Intent
July 20, 2021 - City Council Regular Session- City Council considers 2nd Letter of Intent. City Attorney proposes options for Council action
- Motion: to instruct the City Manager and City Attorney to draft a proposed Ordinance that would revise the existing Land Development Code (LDC) to limit the height of the buildings in the Historic Preservation district and also within 100ft of Lake Dora in the manner that has been suggested in the Letter of Intent that was delivered to the Mayor yesterday.
