W.T. Bland Public Library has teamed up with Second Harvest food Bank's "Meals for Good" program to provide fresh lunches for kids during summer break. Meals will be served Monday through Friday, starting Tuesday, May 29 and until Friday, August 10.
Children ages 18 and under are eligible for free lunch; there are no forms to complete and no restrictions or registration - just free lunch on the library grounds. Lunches may not be taken off-site. Children must be in line by 12:00 PM. Lunches will be served in the children's program room.
Healthy, fresh and nutritious lunches are prepared from scratch, thanks to the generosity of Second Harvest Food Bank and the Nemours Foundation.
