  1. Microsoft Excel: Basics

    January 24, 2018, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Technology Lab

    Learn how to use Excel to organize numbers and text in a spreadsheet format. Excel spreadsheets can be used for budgets, work and school projects, record-keeping, lists, inventories, and more. By the end of this class you should be able to create and format a spreadsheet; enter and edit data; and use basic formulas to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers in a horizontal row or vertical column. Attendees will use PCs in the W.T. Bland Public Library Technology Lab, which have Microsoft Excel 2016 installed.

  2. Classic Film

    Enjoy free popcorn and curated classic films every second and fourth Wednesday of the month. The program starts at 7:00pm, with a brief synopsis of what makes it a classic film (pre-1970), followed by a traditional movie cartoon before the feature.
