While the details of the race are kept secret until the night before the race, we can tell you that past races have averaged between 5 and 6 miles on foot. Along the way, teams of two complete 20 challenge stations that may be as simple as solving a puzzle or reciting Miranda Rights to as difficult as building a 2-person tent or rappelling off a tower. The 2016 version raised over $23,000 for 12 local charities.

Kids can make their very own Japanese koi fish at Modernism Museum Mount Dora on Saturday, April 1st from 11am – 12pm. Kids ages 5-10 will learn how to take a lump of clay and sculpt it into a magnificent fish on a stick!

Bring your Apple iPad and/or Apple iPhone to this class for beginners. You'll learn the basics: battery management, all about settings, software updates, installing apps, Safari, security, and more. This is a two class series, scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday morning of each month. Registration for the first class automatically includes attendance at the follow-up class.
Even if you've owned your iPad or iPhone for awhile, you're sure to pick up new tips, features, and safeguards.
New attendees receive priority registration but repeat graduates are welcome!
