  1. Develop Your Own Webpage

    March 30, 2017, 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM @ W T Bland Public Library

    Learn how to use HTML on Notepad to create a custom-designed webpage by the end of the class series. Classes are conducted in our Technology Lab, using library PCs. This is a hands-on workshop co-taught by a college programming professor and a systems manager. This class is not for computer beginners. Students must have a working knowledge of Windows Explorer and file management techniques. Please bring your own flash drive to each class. This is a five-class series; register once and your spot will be reserved for all five classes.

    The Mount Dora Historical Society invites you to a free preview screening of its new documentary, "On the Shores of Lake Dora." The film follows several key developments in the history of Mount Dora's waterfront, with insights from local citizens. The documentarian is Matt Hyland, a graduate of Mount Dora High School and a University of Central Florida film student.
