Utility Disconnection Day Change

Disconnection date change flyer

Beginning with this billing cycle, the utility disconnection date has been moved to a Wednesday instead of a Thursday. Please be sure to take note of the disconnection date on your monthly bill and call the Customer Service Department the day before your disconnection date to request an extension if you are unable to pay.

  • Call the day before your disconnection date to request an extension
  • Customers are allowed two one-week extensions per calendar year 
  • Contact the Customer Service Department for more information
