CITY OF MOUNT DORA CITY COUNCIL WILL MEET TOGETHER WITH
THE LAKE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
AND THE CITY OF EUSTIS CITY COMMISSION
NOTICE OF JOINT PUBLIC MEETING BETWEEN GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES

Pursuant to Chapter 164, Florida Statutes

The City of Mount Dora hereby provides notice pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 164.1031(7),  that there will be a joint public meeting between the primary conflicting governmental entities listed above as required by Florida Statutes, Sections 164.1053 and 164.1055.  The City of Mount Dora elected officials will participate in a joint public meeting in accordance with Florida Statute Section 164.1055, on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., at the Eustis Community Center, located at 601 Northshore Drive, Eustis FL 32726. During the meeting, the City of Mount Dora elected officials, Lake County elected officials and the City of Eustis elected officials shall discuss the conflict relating to a proposed interlocal service boundary agreement under the provisions of Part II, Chapter 171, Florida Statutes. The City of Mount Dora does not recognize the legitimacy of any purported prior meeting.  The date of this meeting has been coordinated with all primary conflicting governmental meetings and all waivers to time requirements imposed by law and required pursuant to Florida Statute Section 164.1053(3) have been agreed upon by the listed entities.


NOTICE:       If any person decides to appeal any decisions made at this meeting with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person may need a record of these proceedings. For such purpose, a person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City shall not make or perfect such a record, per Florida Statute Section 286.0105.
