Download the Form (Santa Switchboard Registration Form) or Pick up a form at the Mount Dora Parks and Recreation office between Monday, November 6th and Friday, December 1st. Forms must be submitted no later than Friday, December 2nd. Calls will be made on Tuesday, December 5th and Wednesday, December 6th, between 5:30pm - 8:00pm, so be waiting by the phone!

Parents  are encouraged to give small bits of information about each child so when Santa calls, the conversation is more believable. Santa should always know who their teacher is, who their best friends are and what their pet's name is. For more information, contact the Parks and Recreation Office at (352) 735-7183.
