KidzQuest Youth Basketball

Youth basketball is back in Mount Dora. Last year was a great year for the basketball program. We are looking to build on that again this year and anticipate a larger amount of registrations and participants so sign up early and do not miss out on a season of skill building and just plain out fun!

Age Groups:  
  • Pee Wee, 4-6 yrs old
  • Junior, 7-9 yrs old
  • Senior, 10-13 yrs old
  • $65/participant
  • Registration: Now - January 12th
    • A $10 late fee will be added for anyone who registers after January 12th.
  • Season: January 22nd, 2018 - March 17th, 2018
  • Practices: Monday or Tuesdays
  • Games begin Saturdays February 10th, 2018
  • 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Pee Wee & Junior
  • 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Senior
  •  Basketball Banquet: March 19th in the Mount Dora Community Building
  • Uniform Shirt Provided
  • Items Needed:

Adult Softball League

Registration is open, so sign up early.  All games will be played at the Frank Brown Sports Complex.  Registration ends February 23rd.
Team fee is $350 for the season  which includes 1 Umpire per game. Team Fees are due no later than the Coaches Meeting.

Taichi: Ages 16 and up

Sifu Bill Warden ( is now teaching Taichi for Health and Self Defense, as well as Kungfu and a wide variety of fighting styles. There are few restrictions and one does not have to be in top physical condition to fully appreciate and enjoy these exercises.

    Adult Co-Ed Kickball League
    The Mount Dora Parks and Recreation Department will starting an Adult
    Co-Ed Kickball league beginning the week of January 23rd.  Registration will be taken from Now through January 12th
    Roster MUST include at least 4 female players. Minimum 10 players/Maximum 14 players per team.  Registrations forms can be downloaded from the city website ( or can be picked up at the Parks and Recreation Department at 900 N.
