Adult Softball League

Registration is open, so sign up early.  All games will be played at the Frank Brown Sports Complex. 

Team fee is $250 for the season plus a $20 non-refundable Player fee  which includes 1 Umpire per game. Team Fees are due no later than the Coaches Meeting.

Adult Strength Training and Toning 


Exercises include strength training with weights for every major muscle along with stretching for a balanced functional training workout. Both men and women welcomed.

Sifu Bill Warden ( is now teaching Taichi for Health and Self Defense, as well as Kungfu and a wide variety of fighting styles. There are few restrictions and one does not have to be in top physical condition to fully appreciate and enjoy these exercises.

    Super Soccer Stars

    Super Soccer Stars is a soccer development program for children 1 and up. All classes teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive and education environment. Through our age-specific curriculum, we use soccer to nurture, build self-confidence and develop teamwork. Our low child-to-coach ratio and positive reinforcement will ensure that each child improves at his or her own pace while having a blast.

    Adult Co-Ed Kickball League
    The Mount Dora Parks and Recreation Department will starting an Adult Co-Ed Kickball league beginning the week of June 12th.  Registration will be taken from Now through June 2nd. Roster MUST include at least 4 female players. Minimum 10 players/Maximum 14 players per team. This is a 8 week season with an end of season tournament.
